Aurora Sober Living Mission. Firstly, Aurora Sober Living Colorado provides an effortless transition that guarantees solid, confidential, and sober living environments. Secondly, our homes are for those who have completed treatment and/or detox. Also, promoting the desire to carry on their lives addiction-free and become an asset not only to themselves but to our community and society.
Some people are not ready to go back home or re-enter into their environments after treatment. Also, these environments may have originally contributed to their addiction.
Sober Living assists in a transition process from addiction and treatment to sobriety. Also, as they enter back into society at their pace, we help to lower risks of temptation with structured guidance.
We Provide a Safe and Secure Recovery Environment
Aurora Sober Living provides gender-based affordable, beautifully furnished clean homes. In addition to being fully structured, strict alcohol and drug-free environments. Also, offering a positive place for adult peer group recovery support.
Our Aurora Sober Living Mission promotes individual recovery by offering a solid environment. Also, that allows our residents to develop individual recovery programs. In addition to becoming self-supporting. Not only during their stay with us but to help sustain sobriety after they move on as well.
Our goal is to encourage and inspire personal growth through genuine support, education and spiritual development. This has proven to be beneficial for maintaining sobriety for the lives of those who take the steps and make serious efforts to be free from addiction from all walks of life.

Aurora Sober Living is a 12 step-based program with heavy accountability. We provide recovery housing for those who are solemn about their sobriety and staying on a sober path after a completed inpatient treatment program or minimum detox.
We offer a well-structured program where our residents must meet a healthy list of requirements and are expected to follow strict house rules and program requirements such as attributing positive behaviors, participating in the fellowship within and outside of Sobriety 1st.
Those requirements include, but are not limited to, engaging in a mandatory 12 step program of their choice such as AA, CA, NA, CMA or HA daily for a minimum of 90 days and acquiring a 12 step sponsor. Other requirements include passing random drug and alcohol screenings on a frequent basis including entry drug and alcohol testing, curfews, chores, two mandatory house/program meetings per week, and working, volunteering or attending school at least 30 hours per week.
