Clarity Men’s Transitional House

Clarity Men’s Transitional House

our sober living home

Location: Smoky Hill and Quincy in Aurora

Welcome to Aurora Sober Living’s newest men’s residential recovery house. Our program saw a need for help specifically for male recovery needs so we chose to provide a safe space to do that. This is our successful tenth house opening in the program located centrally in Aurora.

Clarity house is a beautiful five-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom, fully furnished and equipped home that provides a safe space for men to work on themselves in all areas of their lives while focusing on the importance of maintaining their sobriety. This house resides in a quiet, safe, and centrally located neighborhood.

It holds up to 10 residents who share common areas including newly furnished kitchen, living rooms, and a patio. We provide a sharing bedroom with a bed and closet space to accommodate residents in transitioning. The house is beautifully decorated with all amenities provided including refrigerator, pantry, and storage space. No matter what walk of life you are coming from or what your current situation has left you in, this home has the capability of providing for you while you focus on getting life back on track in a safe and stable manner.

The location is perfect...

Living in this house gives everyone the chance to build a stable life by working through the program we have created and connecting with like-minded individuals. We work with ages 18 and older to ensure a positive and productive quality of care for our residents. We are a 12-step program, that requires 30 minimum hours of outside volunteer or employment, alongside routine drug testing to ensure everyone is held accountable for their recovery. Daily chores from the residents ensure a clean, high-quality standard of living while also developing specific life skills for the residents. There is a live-in house manager who is similarly in recovery but who also maintains the program and residents’ standards and expectations at all times.

If you come here and work the program to our standards it gives the chance for everyone in the home to get the opportunity to be successful in their recovery. Everyone’s journey is personal but at Clarity House, you will get to be a part of a community that will be there to support each other through the good and the bad times. This house will give you support no matter your addiction.

The owners and current residents have fought and continue to fight every day for everyone to be given a fair chance to become the best version of themselves. They have walked these steps that people are starting and continue to be an inspiration every day of what can be accomplished when the desire to be free of addiction is stronger than the addiction itself.

Deciding to change can be a scary part of the process but our program and housing ensure the capacity for anyone to do so. Aurora Sober Living offers the respective space and guidance for residents to make those changes in their lives to guarantee that they can live the life that they were always meant to have. We hope, as staff and current residents that you’ll decide to come to ASL and take the first step in creating that. Our program has proven to be successful for those residents who come in and are motivated to change in their recovery. Clarity House is the perfect space to start that journey. Call us today to inquire.

We hope you choose to let Aurora Sober Living be a part of your next chapter and we look forward to being a part of your future in recovery. We’re excited to welcome you to your new home.
