Changing Lives, One Person at a Time

Sober living offers a residential piece of recovery. You will be in a normal house, a normal neighborhood. You will come and go as you please, with a curfew (10:00 for your first two weeks, then midnight if completely compliant). A house manager will live onsite with you and do your testing (urine analysis and breathalyzer). You will live with like-minded people that also have the same end goal: learn to experience life on life’s terms, while finding the balance between life and recovery.

You are required to work a 12-step program: work with a sponsor and attend twelve-step meetings. You are required to work/school/volunteer/treatment (something) for 30 hours a week. You are required to complete your chore daily. You must be COMPLETELY detoxed and sober at move-in.

We do our rent weekly, Saturday to Saturday $200 a week. Once a month a $25 supply fee is due (the first Saturday of every month). You will need $150 to move in, plus the prorated rent until Saturday:

You must attend twelve step meetings. Once a week you will have a house meeting in your home with all residents. Once a month, we will hold a mandatory speaker meeting with the entire Aurora Sober Living community.

The goal is for you to leave the house daily. You do not need permission to leave, you will just need to be home by your designated curfew each night.

You may if you are not on any type of restriction. Guests must be sober, gone by 10pm and guests are only allowed in the common areas.

You must work; or find something to do for 30 hours a week. You are expected to begin your 30 hours within your first two weeks with us.

We do allow suboxone. We don’t allow any benzo or narcotics.
